My Buddy picked up a 20' Boston Whaler a few months back and named it Fear Factor ;D  He is also part of The Mad Anglers and they were doing a Sheephead trip to the local Kelp Beds so we met up with them, they were doing pretty good so far 8)

We couldn't get bit so we ventured out to deeper waters.....instant hook ups  :)

I landed a nice 16" Calico but forgot to get a pic in all the excitement ::)

Great conditions (except for the stained water) and we threw many fish back due to Regulations, no worries as we had a great day and we all came home with fish 8)

Next trip will be The Cyclops' turn to stock the freezer, maybe I can convince Cheez to leave Arizona for a few days ;)

Water looks like my latte! Good on everyone getting a few.

Yeah, I heard the red tide was thick.  Supposedly only goes down about 30' and clear after that from what my dive buddies told me.

Nicely done.  Was it weird not being on your boat?
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Yes it was, I wanted to to things a bit differently but I was a passenger  ::)  No big deal as we still had a good trip.

Cyclops will be out there soon enough......Weather permitting  8)
