Tyson Fight

I was supposed to go to a BBQ to watch the game, but life got in the way.  I figured I'd just watch it at home and unwind from a stressful Friday instead.  I was especially surprised my daughter came out to watch it with me.  She hates violence of any sort, but when she heard two girls were boxing, I don't think it registered with her. 

Besides the buffering... and terrible pixel quality... the girl fight blew me away!  My daughter couldn't believe how two girls could fight like that and then shake hands afterwards, although didn't like the losing coach bitch, moan and complain the entire time.  I don't know... I've seen intentional head butts before and maybe she did, but it seemed like she was just leading with her head more than she should of, but nothing appeared egregious (at least to me).

Now on the Tyson fight.  The most enjoyable part was Tyson's bare ass in the locker room.  My daughter asked if he's too old and forgot to put his trunks on. 

Otherwise, it was a snoozer.  I really was hoping to see a glimpse of old Iron Mike, but Father time is undefeated.

Wondered why those two guys were wearing bras.

Saw the fight through the bottom of a glass between shots on the pool table.  ZZZZZZ

I've never watched a live fight before. Shimano boys and I were striper fishing (answer is no) and tuned in for it. I was rooting for Mike and was disappointed enough after 2 rounds to pull away and keep fishing. Just wanted to see Jake Paul's head knocked off. It is too much to ask apparently! Didn't see anything else.

Girl fight was awesome. 

Mike did well the first couple of rounds. 3rd round he got caught, became off balanced, and went into survival mode. Jake definetly pulled punches after that. He knew if he'd knock him out he receive a world of hate so he finished with respect to "protect the brand". Jake's reach advantage and youth were his strengths going in.

Not the result I would of liked. But just glad I was able to see Mike in his prime.
