Day tripped with Alicia to Big Bear, did not bring a rod as I successfully sold a lot of rods the past couple weeks, including my UL...didn't wanna hop into buying a G Loomis just for this trip (I get a nice discount) when I figured there wouldn't be  a lot of dedicated time for it.

Lots of things out of season, but we went on several walks. About 40ยบ all day.

This Poke bowl place TropiCali was a gem. Snowboarder dudes in their 30s with a ton of swag and great energy were running it, complimenting everybody and joking around, and dressed pretty boldly. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Back down the hill I figured we would stop for dinner at Timmy's honey hole.

My strategy at BPS is to pick up anything I think I want, walk around with it for 5 minutes to get the high, and then put it down and walk away. Alicia wanted a BPS sweater though so we ended up with a great deal on that, plus when I mentioned the restaurant to the cashier she gave me a 15% discount card. Very cool restaurant! I'm surprised I didn't see Timmy there on a throne in the middle!

Nice trip Jeremy.  I can't believe you didn't bring a fishing rod though!  Holy schnikeys!

hahaha, well nice score at BPS.  I have yet to still go into that one.  I drive by all the time, but have never visited yet.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Out of the 3 I've been (LV, Irvine, this one) this is the best. Irvine location is a glorified Sport Chalet.

Eve is the best Waitress there, I don't have to order cause she already knows ;D

It's a great place to spend the day and drain your Bank Account ;)

After Christmas you will see us there for sure, Janie has a shopping problem, I have self control ;D  ;D

Big Bear is a beautiful area, glad you got to enjoy it 8)
