Road Trip Scooby Snacks

I'm heading to Bishop/Mammoth next week so it was time to get busy today before the Easter Mayhem begins. I had sliced up an Eye Of The Round and let it marinade over the weekend


Put the 1st batch on the Smoker today
 


While that was going on I have my Dehydrator going in the Shop


Apples, Plums,Pineapple, and Mango




Apples and Plums are done, waiting on the rest....Apples were dusted with Cinnamon  
 

Oh yeah, Tom's favorite 


Should all be done by tomorrow, except for the Jerky.....it's a longer process

It works great, had it about 5 or 6 years now and I use it all the time

I know Bananas are Taboo, but they are really tasty when dehydrated 

Perhaps a few Banana chips and a cow skull will bring you some serious luck next year
