Still Got It!!! 06/20

So after about two months of not being able to get out, high stress all the time, I made it a point to fish yesterday. You all have been killing me with the soupie reports down south and it made me wonder if maybe we might see similar up here. Was a shortish session which ended up putting a few perch and two Sevens on the sand! Forgot the tape but mine was probably about high 70"s and my buddy Pat's was probably around high 40"s. He's had it rough too being diagnosed with Leukemia so it looks like the Sevens were doing favors  . Bait was Macs and these two hit middle of the incoming. Beautiful day out there!

whoa nice!!  First one is def high 70's or bigger. If you're around 6' your wingspan will be close to that if not a bit longer. That thing might be 80 stretched out.

They have been in sd, la and VC. I doubt they know the oc border and Steve was catching them around no structure this year. If I were you, I'd hunt them there and keep the location on the down low if you find them unless you guys work as a team and just keep it in your inner circle. 
They are there, but it may take some work to find them.
Good luck boss. Putting time on the sand just makes your knowledge of local areas that much rewarding when you score.
